Workflow Manager's Shortcut Bar can be customized in several ways using the shortcut menu that appears when you right-click inside the Shortcut Bar pane. You can reduce the size of the shortcut icons to save space, and you can also create your own personal set of shortcuts. Any changes to the Shortcut Bar are preserved when you exit Workflow Manager.
